Welcome to our story

Chad Moody, Owner/Principle Broker became a partner in J&E Property Management & Sales, LLC in 2020. He was licensed and worked as a Realtor® in Las Vegas, NV for five years prior to moving to Cedar City in 2009.

Prior to becoming Owner/Principle Broker, he spent about five years as the Maintenance Coordinator for J&E. During that time, he built a successful home and office maintenance business which continues to grow and provide services for J&E as well as other clients

Chad is very sociable and enjoys building relationships with his clients. He is dedicated to finding the perfect property for everyone he works with.

He is Principle Broker for both our main office in Cedar City and our Duck Creek office as of 2025.
