became a partner in J&E Property Management & Sales, LLC in 2020 before fully buying the business with his wife Jennifer in 2025. He was licensed and worked as a Realtor® in Las Vegas, NV for five years prior to moving to Cedar City in 2009.
Prior to partnering with the previous owner of J&E, Elaine, he spent about five years as their Maintenance Coordinator. During that time, he built a successful home and office maintenance business which continues to grow and provide services for J&E as well as other clients.
Chad is very sociable and enjoys building relationships with his clients. He is dedicated to finding the perfect property for everyone he works with.

is a dedicated professional with over thirty years of experience in office management and administration and has been a licensed Realtor® in Cedar City and surrounding areas since 2017. She is an active member of both Washington County and Iron County Board of Realtors and was voted Iron County Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year in 2018. She has served on the Utah Association of Realtors Grievance Committee and has been involved with other committees with the Iron County Board of Realtors and the Iron County Home Builders Association.
Having relocated here from Las Vegas in 2012 she became familiar with all the facets of moving from a big city to a small town. She has embraced the small-town lifestyle, which took her back to her roots of growing up in a similar community in Colorado.

has been a property owner in Duck Creek Village since 2015. She was so passionate about the area she gave up her dental profession of 39 years to pursue a new career in real estate. She has been with J&E since 2021. She is also a Homes for Heroes agent affiliate. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, rodeos, hiking, and exploring the area with her husband Joe, and their two dogs.
